Basics of Sounds Healing
Time: 2:00 pm-2:30pm
Kristina will be sharing simple concepts about sound, vibration, and energy that influence our daily lives. The Basics of Sound Healing will encompass concepts of vibration, frequency, energetic sensitivity, and the ethics of sound healing. There will also be a short question, and answer period.
She has traveled internationally to study with sound healers and gong masters, and is excited to share a small sound healing exercise with attendees.

Time: 2:30 pm-3:00 pm
Kristina will be sharing simple concepts about sound, vibration, and energy that influence our daily lives. This talk will be a deeper dive into topics such as vibration for healing, the energetics and sciences of sound healing, how to structure sessions for the best possible outcome, and the current climate of sound healing.

Kristina is a classically trained musician who utilizes her musical and energetic sensitivity to create a comforting and meaningful atmosphere in her sound baths. She has traveled the world to learn from the masters and is excited to join you in this sound bath experience.
Kristina is a psychic, medical intuitive, shamanic practitioner, vibrational sound healer, a Certified Light Leader Coach, and member of the Complementary Medical Association. She loves to help others, and hold space for healing and spiritual journeys. Through her gifts she is able to see inside the body to help uncover stuck energy, energy blockages, and deliver healing through her hands or with sound.
